‘Hara Hara Mahadeva’ is telecasting on Maa TV from Monday to Saturday every week. ‘Hara Hara Mahadev’ is dubbed from “Devon Ke Dev Mahadev” which aired on 18 December 2011 and is being telecasted on Hindi channel “Life OK”. ‘Hara Hara Mahadev’ is a mythical drama series, truly based on the legends of Shiva, who can also be called as Mahadev. The show has got the inspiration from the works of mythologist ‘Devdutt Pattanaik’. The scripting has been carried out by 'Utkarsh Naithani' and ‘Mihir Bhuta’ and directed by ‘Nikhil Sinha’ and ‘Manish Singh’. This show has been dubbed in to Tamil, Malayalam, Oriya and Indonesian with titles Shivam, Kailasanathan, Mahadev and Mahadewa respectively.
The Malayalam series telecasts on every Monday to Friday at 10:00 PM [IST] on Asianet. The series was first telecasted on 26th November 2012 with a huge public response and good TRPs. The Telugu series airs every Monday to Friday at 5:00 PM on MAA TV and is gaining popularity and high TRPs as well. Coming to the cast, ‘Mohit Raina’ played the role of Lord Shiva and what not, he played almost 20 different roles in this serial. ‘Mouni Roy’ had played the role of sati /Adi Parashakti / Adi Shakti / Durga. The serial ‘Hara Hara Mahadev’ is about Lord Shiva, the most powerful God within the Hindu culture and Goddess Shakti.
The show progresses of his journey from a hermit to a house holder. Sati, who is the daughter of Daksh, a dedicated devotee of lord Vishnu, is drawn to Shiva against the will of her father. The story follows as Sati coming into the life of Shiva by falling in love with him, their journey together, and how that got affected, circumstances and how it moulded the universe. This is one of the most enchanting and interesting tales of love for which the story has been credited as the first love story of the universe. ‘Hara Hara Mahadev’ was nominated in 14 categories for Indian Telly Awards, in 2013 and won 7 awards in different categories and stood as the second highest serial which received a number of awards that year.

The story starts with the tale of marriage of Lord Shiva with Sati and covers incidents related to Daksha Yagna, Sati’s sacrifice of her life in fire and Shiva transforming pieces of her body into Shakti Peethas. And later, the story covers Sati’s rebirth as Parvathi and her performing penance to get Lord Shiva as her husband and the incident relating to the destroying of a demon called Tripurasura and the incidents relating to the churning of the Ocean of milk called Samudra Manthan and then the incidents relating to the birth of Karthikeya and Ganesh, etc. Hara Hara Mahadeva serial is running successfully on Maa TV and has completed its 604th episode as on 22nd August. Mahadev (Hindi version). was nominated in 14 categories in 2013 Indian Telly Awards and won second highest number of awards with a total of 7 awards. HaraHara Mahadeva is a Kannada mythological television series based on legends of Lord Shiva, also known as Mahadeva. It is airing on the newly named Star Suvarna channel from 25 July 2016.[2] Star Suvarna, the 4th largest Kannada channel in India, is funding this serial with the largest regional market budget of Rs.60 crore[3][4] (over $9 million USD Aug 2017).[5] It is remake of Hindi serial Devon Ke Dev..Mahadev and dubbed in Telugu and Tamil languages.[6][7][8][9] It has several nominations for the Suvarna Film Awards.[10]Ajay Devgan said it was a 'visual treat' and had many untold stories of Lord Mahadeva.[11] This big budget serial is based on the work by Devdutt Pattanaik.[12] It has aired over 300 episodes[1] and Karthik Parak, head of regional branch programming at Star Suvarna plans to extend it to 500 episodes.[13]
